Modernt 3BR familjeboende med terrass i Södermalm

We stayed at elias apartment while visiting Stockholm to see our daughter who was studying here. The apartment was in a perfect location. The area is very vibrant and full off bars and restaurants, closely located to the Metro line. If you want a very quiet stay, I would not book this apartment but if you wish to be in the centre of all the activity then I would highly recommend it. The apartment itself is full of character with plenty of accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay at Elias's AirBnB. It is in walking distance to a lot of amazing activities. And if you take the time to understand Stockholm's public transportation, there is a hub five minutes away and the entire city will be open to you. Elias was very accommodating to our requests and answered our questions very quickly. He is a top-notch host! The property owner occasionally uses this home, so many of the family's sundries are there. And while that gives it a comfortable, homey feeling, there is less storage available for our needs. We adapted by leaving our luggage in the living room so it wasn't truly a problem, but I might have packed differently if I was aware. If we are in Stockholm again, we will surely be staying here! Tout était parfait. Emplacement top, la petite terrasse au soleil très charmante ! La seule critique étant qu’on a dû attendre un peu plus longtemps que 15h pour pouvoir entrer, le ménage n’étant pas encore terminé à notre arrivée. Mais Elias était très réactif.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia. El apartamento es muy acogedor y limpio, muy bien localizado, cerca del casco antiguo y en una zona muy agradable y tranquila. Lo recomiendo, repetiremos si volvemos
