Lovely appartement in the center of the old town. Beautiful features inside and out and a spacious apartment with comfortable beds.
Do be aware that access is via two flights of spiral stone stairs. May be an issues for travelers with limited mobility, for us it just added to the charm.

We had an incredible stay at this charming condo in Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s historic old town! The home was immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully designed—a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. The host was exceptionally responsive.
This is not the place for loud parties but rather a tranquil retreat to enjoy the city center and take in the authentic atmosphere of Stockholm. The condo is perfect for couples or families and has plenty of beds to accommodate a larger group.
Its location couldn’t be more convenient—right in the heart of Gamla Stan, with cobblestone streets, quaint shops, and incredible restaurants just steps away. We loved returning here in the evening to unwind after exploring the city. Quick walk to Fotografiska Musuem & cafes.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic & peaceful scandinavian vibe. Also the beds were very comfortable!

Located in the center,close to everything. Plenty of restaurants and shops minutes away. Great communication and clear instructions from host. Stairs are steep but it is just 2 floors. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy all Stockholm has to offer!!!!

We chose to stay at this apartment as a group of three and found it perfect for our trip. Then host was very detailed with the instructions pre-check in and everything went smoothly. The photos are accurate and the kitchen/bathroom are well stocked. The apartment has an airy feel to it and feels like you are really in the old heart of Stockholm. A perfect choice for a stay in Gamla Stan - which I feel is perfect location for a long weekend trip. Highly recommended.

-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in apartment or by the windows will be charged with SEK 2000 minimum.
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit.
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-As stated elsewhere in this listing - we have digital entrance control with CCTV recording outside the entrance door.
