Aangenaam verblijf in het appartement. Zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit de living. Mooie badkamer en sauna!
De regel met de decibelmeter vonden we wat overdreven, waardoor we af en toe schrik hadden om luidop te praten of te lachen…
Je brengt best een eigen hoofdkussen mee, want die zijn niet zo goed.

My wife and I work from home and informed the host that we must have an internet connection before we even booked this unit. He told us that there was wifi. When arriving at the unit, we noticed that the wifi did not only not work, but there was not even a wifi router. The host told us it was "being worked on," and we stayed in the unit for over 3 weeks without anyone showing up with a router. On top of this, the neighbor advised that the owner knows there is no wifi in the unit, which means the owner/host is flat-out lying to guests.
The unit is in poor condition and filthy with dust. The TV doesn't work, the toilet seat is broken, both bathroom door locks and handles are broken, the heater was down multiple times when it was -20 + outside and freezing inside, so cold that the small bathroom water froze and we couldn't use the sink. The shower is not working properly. Only 1 out of 3 shower handles is working, and the drain is so full of hair that the water does not drain properly.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
