De Advertentie is misleidend voor wat je krijgt. Je krijgt geen "treats" zoals de foto beweert. Daarnaast is er een trap in het appartement waardoor het voor ons zeer ongeschikt was met onze kruipende baby. Dit is niet te zien of verwoord in de advertentie. Ook was de douche niet schoon. Ik heb dit aangegeven bij de Host en gevraagd om ergens mee te komen. Dit heeft nergens toe geleid. We hebben Air BNB in moeten schakelen om uiteindelijk een deel van ons geld terug te krijgen.
Hoewel je je in de bergen bevind is de lucht in het appartement erg slecht. Er kan geen raam geopend worden. Ook had de douche telkens maar 5 minuten warm water, daarna werd het koud. Ja, het uitzicht is prachtig en er zijn uitzonderlijk luxe voorzieningen als een Jacuzzi en een Prachtige BBQ, maar de basis van dit appartement en de communicatie met deze host waren zeer slecht.

Very cozy location which matched the description and the photos very well. The instructions were well communicated and very easy to follow. The view from the room were spectacular. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this place strongly😊

Located in one of the prettiest areas of Åre, this small cabin has an amazing view of the water. A very steep walk from the city center though, so you’ll be best placed if you have your own vehicle.
It wasn’t a perfect, 5-star stay experience for us as the A/C in the hall wasn’t working. This led to the hall heating up like an oven after just an hour of sunshine - as this is more of a winter cabin. The host was unable to fix the same during our 3-day stay, which was a bit of a bummer.

Toppenbra boende! Utsikten var magisk och härligt med de stora fönstrena. Huset var mycket mysigt och lagom för oss, 2 personer. Att komma hem efter en dag på fjället och sätta sig i badtunnan var riktigt lyxigt och satte guldkant på vår vistelse. Badtunnan var lätt att använda.
Boendet var nära startplatserna för vandringsleder och även gångavstånd till centrum/matbutiker. Skulle gärna bo här igen.
Under varma dagar kunde det bli ganska varmt på övervåningen pga de stora fönstrena, däremot höll sig sovrummet på nedre plan svalt vilket var skönt.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
