This was the second time we stayed in this apartment. We loved it so much we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Location is amazing, walking distance to everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, train station & walking distance to all attractions. Fredrik was great to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

La ubicación es excepcional, todo queda cerca . Estas ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. El lugar estaba limpio, muy cómodo y acogedor. Solo faltaron unas cortinas en las ventanas. El lugar es muy Recomendable pero también sugiero que pudiera ser el check in más temprano, es una tarde.

A lot of the reviews say this, but the place is quite loud and the lack of curtains in the living room (which is where the extra beds are) makes it hard to sleep. Even at night there is a street light that shines into the living room.
That being said the location is unbeatable, check in was easy and the instructions were very clear. The hosts were also quite responsive.

We had a great stay, the apartment was in a great location (lots of restaurants and bars), everything could be explored on foot. There was lots of space and it was clean. Self check in was easy. Definitely recommendable!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
