Going through a fourth party rental service with automatic messaging causes a lot of unnecessary fuss.
I chose this apartment because it was an individual host, but it is really not as it is hosted through a company.
visiting external websites other than Airbnb, leaving contracts and official ID etc etc.
Airbnbs identification regime should be sufficient.
other than that, nice enough place with good beds and a roof over our heads.

Appartement bien situé,proche de la station Metro Gardet . L’appartement était propre. Comme mentionné dans l’annonce la cuisine et la salle de bain sont effectivement très petites ainsi que la deuxième chambre.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In ca 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn und somit schnell im Zentrum! Die Wohnung sieht etwas größer auf den Fotos aus, aber ist vollkommen ok. Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet! Leider war es mit dem Kaffee zubereiten etwas schwierig, da die French Press Kanne nicht zusammen passte.
In dem größeren Schlafzimmer lässt sich leider das Fenster nicht öffnen, irgendetwas klemmt da.
Im Inserat stehen andere Ckeck in / Check out Zeiten , als die Frederik bei der Buchung angibt! Aber es war dann kein Problem , wir konnten um 15h einchecken und konnten auch erst um 11h auschecken!

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
