Underbar utsikt från balkongen.
Bra förmedlat med nytt boende när det vi bokade ej var tillgängligt pga elfel.

The flat is cosy and has a nice view.
The owner is very reactive.

Ok leilighet, med fin utsikt. Synd at det bråket veldig fra elven. Pga dårlig luft kvalitet( var varmt selv med avslåtte ovner) måtte vinduer og altandør stå åpne om natten. Bråket fra elven om natten løses med øreplugger hvis mann er sensitiv for lyder. Kun bråk fra elven når vinduer stod åpne. Gode senger men sofaen kunne vært bedre å sitte i. Vegg til vegg teppe på gulvet. Grei leilighet med tilstrekkelig kjøkken utstyr til en fam på en ferie. Stort romslig bad. God kommunikasjon med vert, han svarte raskt på spørsmål.

Fantastiskt utsikt från boendet med den forsande ån nedanför (som lät massor).
Vi hade inte tillgång till bil utan kom med tåget. Boendet låg 350 m från stationen men backen upp är mkt brant. Fördelen är att det sedan vara när till vandringslederna.
Lägenheten såg ut som på bilderna, våningssängen knarrade dock. Snabbt att få kontakt men något opersonlig kontakt med formulär att fylla i och appar att ladda hem.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
