Liked the apartment very much. It was clean and spatious, had everything we needed but a bit chilly. At times there was a foul smell in the bathroom but it was on off and seamed to come from the shower drain.
Location was very good, short walk to the neararest metro station and a big supermarket.

Clean big flat for a company of friends! The small room was super tiny, keep it in mind. The sheets and everything was clean. There was some smell in the bathroom but it happens sometimes with sewerage, I guess there’s nothing the host can do about it. The access to the flat was easy with an app with but if you are a company of friends, only one person of all can have the login to the app, others will be logged out, which isn’t bad at all but just keep it in mind. The rules about removing garbage and putting sheets and towels near the door might seem strict to someone but they are reasonable imho. Olof was very responsive but one thing that made us uncomfortable is that Olof offered to check in with a fee 15 minutes before the actual normal check in without fee started but said it was an automated message, I honestly don’t know but I guess you can control this. The area is very nice, quiet but overall the flat is a bit too overpriced even taking into account the prices in Stockholm.

A lovely place to base yourself whilst you explore the city.
The surrounding neighborhood has lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes and it's only a short journey to the main city centre.
We were a couple and 2 friends and were surprised at the 2nd bedroom, which was a cupboard with a double bed and no space around it.
It's a strange set up having a large bed in the open plan area, which means whoever is sleeping there is disturbed by use of the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and front door.
There are lots of light switches and some lights don't work, so it was very confusing to know which switches and lights to use.
You'll need to put lots of towels outside the shower door as there is no seal at the bottom, and you end up with a puddle in the room if you don't. You'll also end up with a continuous pile of soaking wet towels as a result of this.
We wanted to enjoy the large TV and watch a movie, but the remote control wasn't working and there wasn't a way to use the TV without it.

Très bel appartement, impeccable et parfaitement situé, à proximité du métro et en plein quartier sofo. Excellent week-end à 3 personnes, une fois réglé le fonctionnement des clés, et Olof a été extrêmement fair-play face à nos difficultés.

Cool apartment in a good location. Clean, warm - would stay again.
Host asked us all for our social media accounts prior to check in, which we thought weird and we didn’t send through.
Slight issues accessing the apartment but Olof was really quick to resolve.

Excellent emplacement, appartement assez spacieux, une très grande chambre, une petite et un lit double dans le salon. Lits de bonne qualité. Mais...
Equipements de la cuisine largement insuffisants pour autre chose qu'un petit déjeuner. Heureusement que nous n'étions que 4, pas assez de vaisselle/couverts pour 6. Odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain. Eclairages ne fonctionnant pas ou mal (1 lampe de lecture, le lustre et ampoules de salle de bain HS). Et surtout impossible de faire comprendre a l'hôte (au concierge ?) qu'étant 4, dont 1 couple, nous avions besoin de 3 lits. Il a fallu appeler, faire 10 fois le tour des placards guidés par l'hôte/concierge, et envoyer des photos pour se justifier du fait qu'il manquait... 1 drap. Nous pensons que c'est le concierge qui est en dessous de tout, ne contrôlant rien. Incroyable d'avoir à s'énerver sérieusement pour se faire livrer un drap au bout de 2 jours !!!!!!!! On a payé, chacun a pris sa commission, le reste ils s'en moquent !

2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
