et appartement agréable et spacieux. Andréas nous avait averti de la température intérieure. Effectivement, l'air froid passe par les fenêtres qui ne sont pas très étanches, mais on a eu une température constante entre 19 et 20 degré. C'est la seule remarque que nous pouvons faire.
La localisation est très confortable, à moins de 10 minutes du métro et la vue sur le Lac est agréable. Nous recommandons.

Very pleasant stay at this spacious property! Level of communication was thoroughly appreciated, although, requested our identification at time of booking and then proceeded to ask for insta/linkedin profiles after providing ID, which we thought was a little strange. Noise detectors throughout apartment made us overly- conscious of making any noise. Unexpected knock at the door during our stay from the maintenance workers- we were not informed of this. Other than that, beautiful apartment, looks just like the photos, pleasant host with very quick response time. Great location to get into Stockholm central! Beautiful view also! Thank you!

Nagyszerű választás volt, egyáltalán nem bántuk meg. A lakás otthonos, és tágas. Andreas felhívta a figyelmünket, hogy hűvös, ez igaz is. Az erkélyről a kilátás szuper! A házban van lift, ami nagyon jó. A szomszédok csendesek, jól tudtunk pihenni. A konyha jól felszerelt, a nappali is kényelmes. A hálók is kényelmesek voltak. Kis üzlet is van a közelben, a metró is 5 perc séta, ott is van élelmiszer üzlet. Csak ajánlani tudom, ha legközelebb Stockholmban járunk, biztos itt szállunk meg!

We were very happy! Great place to stay and the location was very good. Furthermore,the apartment was clean and communication went smoothly.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
