L’appartamento molto carino e spazioso, molto pulito e accogliente ci siamo trovati bene! Però ci sono stati alcuni momenti che sono un po’ da sistemare e darci più peso.
A casa la sera faceva freschino e non si poteva alzare il riscaldamento in nessun modo anche se ho fatto presente la cosa al host subito, l’unico modo che ho potuto fare è accendere solo in cucina il riscaldamento a pavimento, ma nelle camere si stava freschi.
Appena arrivati, una camera da letto non era predisposta per dormire, cioè un letto non era coperto con lenzuola, la casa è per 8 persone ma mancano alcuni bicchieri e tazze per tutti non sono abbastanza, alcune padella non erano predisposte per il piano cottura a induzione.
Del resto è una casa davvero carina e tenuta bene lo stile della casa mi è piaciuto molto.

het appartement is op een mooie rustige lokatie. we waren hier 5 dagen en dan is het centrum voor ons geen optie. dit was top.
Bus stopt op 3 min afstand lopen en is regelmatig, openbaar vervoer is prima.
Bedden zijn van prima kwaliteit, we hebben hier lekker geslapen.
We hebben hier met 3 personen een paar mooie dagen gehad.

Nice property, we can live a private cute building, and it’s just like the pictures! Great location, 3-4 mins’ walk to the bus station, taking about 30 mins to the city center. There are coop and some cute restaurants right nearby. Highly recommend!

Lækker lejlighed til den pladskrævende familie.
Og øen som lejligheden er beliggende på er hyggelig og har også både indkøbsmuligheder og mindst een god italiensk restaurant. Centrum kan nås med en buslinje hvilket fungerede fint for os.
Eneste der trak lidt ned var, at man tydeligt mærker at lejligheden ikke er beboet normalt, og opleves ikke så personlig og hyggelig som at leje et privat beboet hjem.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
