Our room, which seemed like a newly furnished old pension home, was located in a great and hip neighbourhood of Sodermalm. Nevertheless, the apartment was very quiet. Coop supermarket was conveniently located on the other side of the street :) The apartment itself had everything we needed. However, the flat was not exactly the same one as in the photos.
For the host, we were overwhelmed by the amount of messages and the number of requirements from Olaf. I have never experienced an Airbnb host who needed so much information from me (such as a selfie and a FB/LinkedIn profile) and asked me to take out the trash and take off the bedsheets.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the room for someone exploring Stockholm for a few days.

Nice place to stay! It was very cozy and perfect for two! Only downside was that there was a stain on the towel and the smell from the shower drainage wasn’t great! Besides that, it was a great stay!

Veldig grei leilighet men littegrann avvik fra bildene, eller «eldre utseende» enn antatt fra bildene. Fin plassering i Sødermalm. Var veldig mye støy første dag fra bygging, men på det nivå at vi ikke kunne snakke med hverandre. Det var beskrevet at litt støy kunne forventes, men burde vært tydeligere med hvor mye støy. Eller veldig greit, Olof svarer fort men du snakker med en AI

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
