Jeg likte stedet og konseptet veldig. Alt var veldig lett og følte meg hjemme.
Positive: Utrolig rent og fine fellesarealer med PC-er, sofaer og bord-tennis. Enkelt med nøkkel på app. Rommet er stort og fint. Perfekt for to personer.
Negative: Det var litt kaldt på rommet om natten, men det plaget oss ikke. Vi fikk også beskjed om dette i forkant.

Positive: Šī viesnīca patīkami pārsteidza ar savu mūsdienīgo remontu un modernu interjeru. Īpaši patika plašie logi, kas nodrošināja daudz dabiskās gaismas un radīja patīkamu atmosfēru. Vēl viens liels pluss bija attālinātā iečekošanās – ļoti ērti. Tas arī viss.
Negative: Pirmkārt, iečekošanās un izčekošanās laiki neatbilda platformā norādītajiem – iečekošanās bija iespējama tikai no plkst. 16:00, bet jāizčekojas līdz 10:00. Vēl viena nepatīkama pieredze bija viesnīcas noteikums – priekštelpā obligāti jānovelk apavi un tālāk jāstaigā vai nu zeķēs, vai čībās (ja tādas esat paņēmis līdzi). Būtu patīkami, ja viesnīca nodrošinātu viesiem čības/pabrīdinātu iepriekš.
Istabas uzkopšana uzturēšanās laikā netiek veikta, kas mani pārsteidza, un, izčekojoties, bija jāiznes pašam miskaste un jānoņem visa gultas veļa. Tas noteikti nebija gaidāms un atstāja nepatīkamu pēcgaršu.
Attēli Booking.com lapā arī bija maldinoši – numurā nebija datora monitora uz darba galda, kas man bija ļoti svarīgi darba vajadzībām. Turklāt istabā nebija ne fēna, ne atbilstoša apgaismojuma vakariem – tikai trīs lielas lampas, kas radīja nemājīgu apgaismojumu.
Vēlos piebilst, ka spilveni viesnīcā bija ļoti mīksti un neērti, kas apgrūtināja miegu un izraisīja diskomfortu.
No rīta situāciju pasliktināja ārējais troksnis, jo celtnieki jau no plkst. 7:00 trokšņoja ar urbjiem un traktoriem, kas iztraucēja atpūtu. Turklāt istabā bija vēss, un nebija iespējas regulēt temperatūru, kas radīja diskomfortu.
Viesnīcā pietrūka dažādu sīku sadzīves detaļu, kas būtu padarījušas uzturēšanos ērtāku un patīkamāku.
Kopumā pieredze neatbilda cerībām un reklāmām, un būtu jāuzlabo gan viesu ērtības, gan komunikācija par viesnīcas nosacījumiem un piedāvājumiem.

Indicazioni chiare, spazio confortevole molto bello, mezzi pubblici semplici da raggiungere. Limitante non poter stendere o asciugare la biancheria e non avere a disposizione alcuni, pochissimi, elementi base per igiene personale.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, top floor, peaceful and beautiful space. Right next to the train and bus, so easy to get around. Andreas was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Much nicer than renting out a more expensive hotel room! 10/10 experience. Would definitely stay again.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
