für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet
Positive: die Lage ist toll, direkt vor der Bushaltestelle und in 10 min in der Innenstadt. Auch E Roller stehen direkt vor der Haustür. Check in/out alles unkompliziert, gleich daneben schöner Supermarkt mit guter Auswahl. Auch einige Restaurants direkt in der Nähe..bei uns war kein Baustellenlärm und alles war sehr ruhig. Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und es ging relativ gut vom Platz her. Eine Arztpraxis im Haus gibt es übrigens auch, was vielleicht für Leute die mit Kindern verreisen etwas zur Beruhigung beiträgt ;)
Negative: Die Betten sind zu schmal, ich denke höchstens 90cm, kann man sich kaum umdrehen ohne rauszufallen. Küchenaustattung könnte etwas mehr sein und auch zumindest Salz und Pfeffer wäre nicht schlecht. Der Raum ohne Fenster wird schnell stickig wenns draussen auch warm ist. Sollte bessere Lüftung rein. Balkon ist auch dabei, an der Küche, könnte mal gereinigt werden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ging der Müllschlucker kaputt und es stank extrem im Hausflur....aber das kann leicht passieren, wenn die Leute nicht aufpassen und alles reinstopfen.

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce logement et pour commencer par un avis global, je dirai que c'est un bon raport qualité/prix et que je recommande ce dernier. Maintenant pour donner plus de détails, en points positifs je dirai que le logement est assez bien situé, il y a un arrêt de bus à 50 mètres du logement et celui-ci vous amène en environ 15/20 minutes dans Gamla Stan, le plein centre de Stockholm. Il y a 2 chambres + un canapé convertible dans le salon ce qui permet de loger jusqu'à 6 personnes. Maintenant, en point négatifs, 2-3 choses me viennent en tête. Premièrement et à 2 reprises, il y a eu des travaux bruyants dans un apppartement proche du notre aux alentours des 7h30 du matin qui nous ont réveillés, ce qui n'est pas normal. Deuxièmement, l'hôte est assez compliqué à joindre et la plupart de ses messages sont automatiques et donc manque de naturel et de réponses concrètes, c'est dommage. Et une dernière petite chose, je vous souhaite bonne chance avec l'ascenseur.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation erfolgte rein schriftlich und war professionel. Leider funktionierte der Zugang (Codeschloss) nicht und wir mussten warten, dass jemand kam. Die Wohnung war deshalb nach den letzten Gästen nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten nochmal warten, bis die Reinigung erfolgt ist. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ähnlich wie auf den Fotos.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
