Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Zentrale Lage, schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist da.
Einzige Sache die zu beachten ist, dass die Wände extrem dünn sind. Wenn die Nachbarn am Wochenende feiern ist es so extrem hellhörig, alsob sie im Raum stehen.
Sonst war alles perfekt.

Smještaj u prizemlju ali je jako miran kvart. Apartman adekvatno namješten, sve kako stoji i u oglasu. Također udaljenost od stanice metro do apartmana 10 min lagane šetnje okružena restoranima i kafićima. Lokacija izvrsna. Komunikacija sa domaćinom je bila brza i precizna tako da nije bilo problema tijekom dolaska a ni tijekom boravka. Preporučio bih svima koji traži uredan i opremljen apartman na dobroj lokaciji. Nadam se da će biti još prilika za ponovni posjet.

Sadly the flat is not nearly as bright as shown on photos and actually gets very little natural light.
The door to the bedroom is missing so there is no privacy. The kitchen & bathroom have no window or ventilation, and overall the flat does not feel very lived in. We felt it was a little expensive for what it was (sorry Olof!).

A very nice apartment in a more residential area of Stockholm. The apartment is well connected to other areas by public transport. It’s nicely furnished and very clean. The only down side was there isn’t a door for the bedroom and no microwave considering it’s specifically for airbnb. It’s also on the ground floor facing the street. Overall a great stay for a short trip.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Olof sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war super, mit viele Restaurants in der Nähe und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Die Wohnung war schön und sauber.
Leider hat der Föhn gefehlt und die Ausstattung zum Kochen hat nicht der Beschreibung entsprochen. Obwohl wir im Sommer da waren war die Heizung die ganze Zeit an, weshalb es sehr warm in der Wohnung war. Zusätzlich waren die Nachbarn sehr laut, weshalb man oft in der Nacht gestört wurde. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft aber weiterempfehlen.

位置好，安静，离地铁站及机场bus站不远，十分钟就到达湖边，公寓很舒适，特别客厅及房间很好。
洗手间通风不太好，没有吹风筒是不足。

A) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
