The apartment is generally nice and the neighborhood is great.
The kitchen has the basics - but not more - and things are pretty old and worn. Don’t plan on cooking much yourself.
Note that there is no ”Olaf”. Everything is run through an agency. They will ask for ID copies and if you need anything extra they will ask for payment outside AirBnB. For a while I was afraid it was a scam but eventually things turned out fine.
Somewhat mixed impression but now when knowing what to expect I might come back. Again, the neighborhood is good, the apartment ok, and good value for money.

We were families traveling with toddlers and found the property's location convenient, close to city center with shops and restaurants nearby. The nearest metro station is 5min walk away. Checkin was easy, but the offline house rules are too restrictive.
The house is old but has been renovated internally. Reaching the small lift requires navigating about 10 stairs from the entrance. The property had basic amenities, some improvements are required. There was no gas lighter to use with the oven, kitchen tissues were not provided. The WiFi connectivity was horrible, working halfway across the hall due to thick walls. Despite raising issues the response was limited to acknowledgment by the agency, with no effort to resolve it.
Some of the promised amenities, such as salt, pepper, oil were missing, which felt like false marketing commitments. Cooking utensils and crockeries could benefit from upgrades. Heating was inadequate, which was concerning given we stayed with toddlers.

Upon arrival I kindly asked to check in a bit earlier (40 mins). No communication was done on time.
The flat was not warm enough and uncomfortable at times.
Glasses were left inside the dishwasher rather than in the cupboards.
Upon checking out, I was sent a list of excessive cleaning rules even though I paid cleaning fees. I would agree to leave the place in good conditions but this should be kindly asked and not imposed through additional fees (fine).
The purpose of airbnb is to rent a personal place where the guest can feel home, have direct and immediate contact with the host and empathy towards unexpected issues - like checking in a bit earlier or out a bit later.
I will communicate the issue of the excessive rules to airbnb administration.
I then asked to check out a bit later, and I was promptly given a fee for that option - the response was incredibly quick.
I would rather stay in a hotel, they would be more understanding and reasonable.

Great location that is next to the subway. The food was amazing and the place wasn’t loud. Great value for the money. I would highly reccomend staying here!

2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
