At Guestit, the security and well-being of our owners' properties is our top priority. To ensure that our guests meet our high standards, we conduct an in-depth screening of everyone who books our properties.
This is an extra verification beyond what is done on booking platforms like Airbnb. In this way, we can ensure that the right guests rent the properties we manage and that they take care of the home as if it were their own. Even inside your property, with the help of installed digital tools and a strong focus on detail, we ensure that your home is secure.
Why do we screen guests?
Security: To protect your property from potential damage and your neighborhood from potential disturbances. Our goal is to ensure that our owners feel confident that Guestit prioritizes the well-being of their properties above all else, and part of this is to ensure good guests.

Step 2: Requesting additional verification via our online check-in form
Even though booking channels have their own verification processes, we at Guestit have decided to take extra measures for security and use our own verification tool. This is done via an online check-in form filled out by all guests staying in one of our properties. Through this, guests provide us with valuable information such as a copy of their ID documents, names of all guests staying in the property, reason for the trip, and updated contact information. This information is then verified and approved by our customer service staff.
