This was the best vacation ever for me and my family. The location was superb and the view from the apartment was simply breathtaking. If we visit Åre in the future we will definitely stay at this apartment. Pontus deserves a 5-star rating for this.

Hade varit bra med ett dusch draperi. Och kanske ett nytt duschmunstrycke.
Samt ett bagageutrymme där man skulle kunna lämna sina väskor under dagen då man checkat ut!

Hörnlägenhet, fin utsikt, fridfullt när jag var där.
Parkering utomhus något dyr, men eftersom boendet var förmånligt så gjorde inteder aå mycket.
Enda jag kan klaga på att det sandats så dåligt runt fastigheten så ma halkade och slig sig. Det måste skötas bättre

Trodde inte att denna lägenhet kunde bli bättre en den från förra året, men det blev den! Hörnrum på 3dje våningen, fantastiskt utsikt ner till byn, sjön, samt upp till fjället! Helt underbart att återvända till efter en dags skidåkning, när eftermiddags - och kvällssolen lyste upp den. Inredningen var jätteskönt och i övrigt fanns allt vad man behöver i kök och badrum.
Servicen var toppen, när det blev lite för kallt om kvällarna, så fick jag genast ett litet värme element som jag kunde sätta på vid behov.
Är supernöjd och se framemot en ny vistelse nästa vår.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds. - Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 - Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. After your stay: - Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc - Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor - Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
