Our journey so far
Starten
Fredrik Hjelm, Elias Högmark och Olof Kernell började under 2018 hyra ut sina egna och vänners lägenheter i liten skala. Efter en första god sommarsäsong bestämde de sig för att satsa på att expandera verksamheten och grundade bolaget Guestit AB. Guestit sökte och blev omgående antagna till SSEs inkubatorprogram och började under året växa med externa professionella fastighetsägare.
Geo expansion
The first geographical expansion where made to Åre where operations where successfully setup. During 2020 Guestit also grew to managing over 100 properties. YoY growth since inception 447%, profitable every year.
Growing amid covid
Pontus Kruth was soon enough recruited as CEO with the clear mandate to improve resilience of operational structure. During 21/22 he navigated Guestit through a never before seend covid-standstill in the hospitality industry with continued growth and profitability. YoY growth since inception 347%, profitable.
Enterprise ready
Rapid growth in all geographies where Guestit goal to reach 1000 listings under management is within imminent reach. To support the scale up, substantial investments are being made for Guestit own it-infrastructure, focusing on serving B2B clients with multi-home units. YoY growth since inception 289%, profitable.
