Lägenheten har ett utmärkt läge, nära tunnelbana och ett välkänt stadskärnområde i Stockholm.Studion är definitivt rymlig, men badrummet och duschen upplevs något gammaldags, mer i stil med 1700-tal än dagens standard. Vår kontakt med värdarna präglades av lovande ord, men tyvärr kunde inga av problemen lösas under vår veckolånga vistelse. Exempelvis fanns det endast en stor handduk för två personer, en märkbar lukt i det mycket begränsade badrummet, och problem med vatten som rann över från handfatet samt en trasig golvlampa. Med tanke på dessa problem känner vi att vi inte kan rekommendera att boka lägenheten igen.

Bra läge med en enkel promenad eller en snabb bussresa till intressanta platser, dessutom omgiven av restauranger och caféer. Badrummet var överraskande litet, men det fungerar bra.

Vacker och praktisk stadslägenhet med ett utmärkt läge! Den enda nackdelen var en defekt golvlampa. Om du inte har något emot ett litet badrum/dusch, rekommenderar jag den varmt!

Vi kände oss som hemma, med ett oslagbart läge i ett mycket lugnt, säkert och välkomnande kvarter. Det enda att nämna var badrummet, som är lite litet, men för en vistelse på 2-3 dagar är det mer än tillräckligt. Vi kommer definitivt att boka igen!!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
