We had a wonderful stay in Kim's apartment. Everything worked perfectly from the moment we entered until we left. Kim was incredibly responsive and helpful. Although the apartment is centrally located in Åre, it's an 8-10 minute walk to the ski lift. It wasn't a significant issue for us, but preferences may vary.
All in all, we highly recommend Kim as your host and his apartment for your next vacation.

Very good choice for apartment in Åre, everything was as described on the listing. Having a decent sauna is always good for a finn! Of course there could have been a bit more stones on the heater and the door did not close properly, but still worked like a charm.
The listing said that there is paid parking, but even the parking was free, which was very nice!
Not too long walk to closest stores and the Åre Bergbana is also pretty close (10 min walk), where you can get to slopes.
I'd recommend this place for someone who wants to visit Åre.

Fin plats och lägenhet, något dammigt här och där. Utöver det, trevlig värd och bra position i Åre om man inte vill bo mitt i smeten. Dock så visar adressen fel i karttjänster.

Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds. - Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00 - Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. After your stay: - Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc - Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor - Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
