Top floor Home in Tegefjäll near slopes

Vi hade en väldigt lyckad & trevlig vistelse i Tegefjäll! Mycket fint, modernt och trevligt boende med fantastiskt utsikt! Bra planlösning, rymliga fina & fräsha rum och sköna sängar! Välutrustat och modernt kök. Bra värd som svarade snabbt vid frågor. Jättebra att det finns tillgång till tvättmasking, torktumlare och torkskåp på nedervåningen. Vi är mycket nöjda med boendet förutom att det inte fanns något wifi i huset samt bastun inte fungerade, det var synd!

Great location, super view, convenient to the slopes. Well equipped Kitchen, spacious. Minor negative, response to issues wasn't great - missing blind in bedroom, and non functioning sauna were recorded early in our 2 week stay, but not fixed while we were there. Otherwise all was fine. You can almost ski in/out, but that does mean going through a private drive/garden - to avoid that you need to go 250m further up the road to the bend in the road by main slope.

Very nice ski-in location in Tegefjäll. The house is great for one big family or two families like we were with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and with cozy and roomy dining and living space. There were some issues when we arrived with in adequate kitchenware and missing sheets from one bed when we arrived, but those got fixed during the first days with the help of the maintenance team. Host was also very responsive. One negative point was that the sauna never worked, like due to a electrical issue, but we managed without. All in all this appartment served as a great base camp for our week long skiing trip.

Abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento per 3 per trascorrere il Natale vicino alle piste da sci.Quando siamo arrivati la temperatura interna in tutta la casa era di 9°C.Abbiamo dovuto preparare la cena con cappotti addosso. Il riscaldamento centralizzato non è mai stato funzionante. Quando ho contattato l'host, mi ha detto che questo era del tutto normale in quanto in Svezia tutte le case hanno questo sistema.Questo mi è sembrato fuori luogo perché 9 gradi erano troppo pochi. In soggiorno c'era un camino,che era pieno di legna non del tutto bruciata, pieno di cenere.Abbiamo dovuto svotarlo e pulirlo e dopo svariati tentativi siamo riusciti ad accenderlo.Abbiamo dovuto comprarci noi la legna, dato che nella descrizione questo non era specificato.Vista la mancanza di riscaldamento io e la mia ragazza il secondo giorno siamo andati via in quanto ci stavamo ammalando.L'host non è mai riuscito a far partire la pompa di calore.Rimborso assolutamente non proporzionato! Esperienza terribile!!!
