Vi ville checka in två timmar tidigare och fick då besked om att extra betalning krävdes, med en separat prislista!Han skickade en länk för betalning och använde inte Airbnb för denna transaktion.Toaletten motsvarade inte riktigt det som framgick i annonsen – bilden visar en spegel, men både toalett och badrum är väldigt små. Om du är känslig för trånga utrymmen, överväg detta innan bokning.I övrigt var allt bra; stället var rent och incheckningen gick enkelt.

Mycket bra läge, rummet var mindre än förväntat (duschen är ovanpå toaletten) men för 2-3 nätter fungerar det bra. Hjälpsam värd med detaljerade instruktioner.

Elias lägenhet är perfekt belägen i staden. Den är verkligen liten och har ett litet kök och ett litet badrum. För oss var det helt okej.

Boendet är litet men väldigt trevligt. Det är väl beläget nära kollektivtrafiken. Den enda nackdelen är badrummet, men med tanke på priset glömmer man snabbt bort den aspekten. Jag rekommenderar det till 100%.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
