Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Elias’s Airbnb! Elias instruktioner för att komma in i lägenheten var mycket tydliga och det var lätt att hitta. Det var två av oss som bodde i lägenheten. Airbnb:t ser precis ut som det är listat – med en bäddsoffa, ett pentry och ett litet badrum. Lägenheten ligger utmärkt, med många bra restauranger och kaféer i närheten samt en tunnelbanestation inom kort avstånd så att du kan ta dig vart du än behöver. Vi bodde där i februari, så det var lite kyligt på nätterna, men inget alltför extremt. Sammantaget hade vi en riktigt bra upplevelse och jag skulle gärna hyra den igen för en kort resa till Stockholm!

Platsen var mycket trevlig och väl underhållen, med en inbjudande atmosfär. Emellertid fanns det några små problem som påverkade den övergripande upplevelsen. Ett av de främsta bekymren var ett påtagligt, återkommande ljud som gjorde det svårt att sova, tillsammans med det ständiga sorlet från tvättmaskinerna. Dessutom var korridorlampan tänd större delen av natten, vilket störde sömnen.Jag hade även förväntat mig att utrymmet skulle vara något större enligt annonsen, och jag hade uppskattat en tydligare information om den mörka nischen vid soffan, som kändes något mindre inbjudande. Även om detta rörde sig om mindre obekvämligheter, skulle en förbättring av dessa aspekter kunna höja komforten för framtida gäster avsevärt.

Super placering midt i Södermalm og i gåafstand til det meste. Rummet var som beskrevet - småt, men med det man skal bruge. Det er helt sikkert pengene værd, men man skal ikke forvente luksus. Sengen er ikke super god og der er en del larm, når folk kommer ud og ind. Men området er fedt og det er et fint sted til pengene! Ind- og udcheckning gik nemt med nøgleboks og tydelige anvisninger. Kunne godt finde på at booke samme sted igen næste gang!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
