Vi märkte omedelbart en lukt från badrummet när vi först kom in. Det verkar vara ett ganska vanligt problem i Stockholm och Andreas berättade att vi bara behövde köra på det varma vattnet en stund, vilket löste problemet. Annars var boendet bra med den enda anmärkningen att sängarna inte var de bekvämaste. Det passade som ett boende lite utanför staden om man letar efter ett billigare alternativ.

Detta var en fantastisk plats att bo, det var rent och hade de listade bekvämligheterna. Att vara på bottenvåningen gjorde det väldigt enkelt att komma åt lägenheten.Andreas är en utmärkt värd, han gav tydliga instruktioner, möjliggjorde tidigare incheckning (mot en avgift) och svarade snabbt på frågor. Omgivningarna är lugna. Vi tog Bolt (taxi) vilket var bekvämt. Det finns även ett par livsmedelsbutiker endast 5 respektive 10 minuter bort till fots, samt en McDonalds 7 minuter bort.Överlag hade vi en underbar vistelse här och jag skulle varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Vacker lägenhet, ren, bekväm och rymlig. Värden var otroligt kommunikativ och alltid redo att hjälpa till, vilket gjorde min vistelse ännu trevligare. Jag rekommenderar varmt detta ställe till alla som letar efter en underbar vistelse!

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
