Ruhige Wohngegend, leider ohne kostenlose Parkplätze. Preise hier aber moderat, ganz im Gegensatz zu den Parkhäusern in der Innenstadt. Diese ist mit dem Bus ca. 30min. Zu erreichen. Leider kein funktionierendes Licht im Wohnzimmer, aber sonst gut ausgestattet.
Von hier aus lässt sich Stockholm sehr entspannt erkunden.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, schnell in der Stadt mit Buss.
Wenig Ausstattung zum Kochen für acht Personen. Schmutziger Backofen.
Übelriechende Abwaschmaschine.
Mehrere deffekte Lampen. Auch Decke über dem Esstisch blättert ab.
Aber dennoch grosse schöne Räume, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet waren.
Nicht sehr sauber in Kästen noch Brösmeli von Vorgängern.
Bei uns ist der übergrosse Kühlschrank ausgestiegen während der Ferien, es wurde darauf nicht reagiert.

This is a very nice, spacious apartment. Plenty of room for our 5 people. Easy to find and convenient to downtown Stockholm. Quiet area. If you have a car remember it's in the congestion tax zone. There's lots of street parking available - free from 1900-0700 then 10kr/hour during the day. Only a few relatively minor issues while we were there. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have more than 4 people.

Such a steal!!!
Fredrik was a very friendly and a super responsive host.
My friends and I found it very easy to transit into Gamla Stan from the Airbnb!
One thing to note is that there is no parking at the Airbnb, but there is paid overnight parking and there are paid 24hr parking spots a short walk away.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
