Appartement lumineux et agréable. Propre et les équipements annoncés sont présents. Cependant il y a un vrai soucis en ce qui concerne la vaisselle, bien trop peu nombreuse et totalement sous équipé pour entreprendre quelconques travaux culinaires.
L’emplacement est en revanche excellent et parfait pour se rendre à Stockholm de manière quotidienne grâce au train ou bien au bus.

Locatie is op loop afstand van de trein, Stockholm is vandaar binnen 10 minuten te bereiken.
De supermarkt is ca 5 minuten lopen en daarom iedere dag vers brood voor het ontbijt.
Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.
Kortom een aanrader als je Stockholm wilt bezoeken.

Nous avons trouvé l'appartement agréable, décoré avec goût et très propre. Idéal pour un couple. Un petit bémol cependant si on aime dormir dans le noir car il n'y a pas de volets. Prévoyez un masque de nuit. L'immeuble, très bien entretenu, n'a pas d'ascenseur mais nous n'avons pas eu de mal à gravir les 3 étages à part le premier jour avec nos valises. Attention donc si vous avez du mal à vous déplacer. A proximité on trouve toutes les comodités: un petit supermarché dans la même rue et un plus grand au niveau de la passerelle qui conduit à la gare de Alvjö. Inutile de prendre un bus pour se rendre à la gare, 10 minutes à pied et la gare centrale de Stockholm se trouve à 3 stations seulement. Enfin, si vous avez loué un véhicule, il est important de savoir que le parking qui se trouve à côté de l'immeuble est privé et non gratuit comme nous l'avions lu dans un commentaire. Vous pouvez vous garer dans les rues perpendiculaires en face de l'immeuble. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Place is nicely and comfortably furnished and well cleaned. We felt right at home. Location directly at C11 which brings you to downtown Stockholm in 30 minutes by bike. We would stay here again when coming back to Stockholm.

Modernes Appartement, etwas hellhörig aber gut auszuhalten. Für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, der Bahnhof Alsvjö und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die Innenstadt von Stockholm und entsprechende Sehenswürdigkeiten waren entspannt zu erreichen. Für unseren Sightseeing-Urlaub war diese Unterkunft super 👍🏻 für mehr als zwei Personen empfinden wir es als etwas eng.

L'appartamento è ben tenuto e silenzioso, adatto a 2 persone, ma in 4 bisogna tutti i giorni preparare i due posti aggiuntivi che sono offerti dal divano in sala/cucina.
L'appartamento manca della descrizione molto importante della sua posizione all'interno del condominio: è al 3° piano senza ascensore (a saperlo, non avremmo prenotato questa soluzione).
L'host ha fornito, dopo il nostro ingresso in appartamento, indicazioni ulteriori circa il check-out non presenti nella presentazione della soluzione proposta ed è risultato poco flessibile sul suo orario, non mostrando, tra le condizioni della casa, le penali da applicare in caso di ritardato check-out (situazione che ci è occorsa per un contrattempo, uscendo 1h oltre l'orario stabilito).

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
