Clean apartment in a great location!

The owners from the start were very unresponsive. Despite us answering their questions immediately, they took half a day to reply when we required assistance during check in. The apartment was photographed in such way that it seemed pretty and lured us in. In reality it was small, dirty, dusty with ceiling at height mostly lower than 1.5m. We hit our heads so many times. Next to our bed there was a locked door behind which there was an engine to the building’s elevator so we were woken up every time someone in the building wanted to use it. The apartment is clearly a storage space converted to a “living” space. The window blinds couldnt be closed so we were woken up also by the sun shining at our faces in bed at 5 AM. The help was outsourced to someone in Ecuador who had no idea where things in the apartment were. In short, DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THIS PLACE.

Beautiful, homely attic apartment that had everything you need! Minor issues such as the small bathroom were already described in detail and can be seen in the pictures, so everything was great. Especially worth mentioning was the excellent communication with Elias. We received detailed and helpful responses to all our questions within minutes. Overall, highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a small, cozy loft apartment with a very good location. It is a short distance from both museums and restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice and clean place but couple thing to mention:The elevator is pretty noisy and may be heard in the apartment.The blinder of the roof window just right above the bed did not work what was wuite disturbingThe ceiling above shower is very low, it was impossible not to hit it with head while showering. Person 180cm+ will surely have a problem with that.Despite the above everything was fine. Nice, clean place, comfy bed, very good location, close to all city attractions.
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
