Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer super Lage, man gelangt zu Fuss innert 10-15 min in die Altstadt. Aussedem war es sehr ruhig und sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und das Check-in flexibel.

La ubicación muy buena, sobretodo está a 10-15 min andando para llegar al centro historico (Gamla Stan) y 5 min la vista panorámica. Además tambien ir a la parada de metro a 2 minutos Mariatorget para ir a todas las partes.
El señor es muy amable, ha dado las instrucciones muy claras y respectuosas.
Este apartamento es ideal para una pareja o dos amigos para hacer el turismo de Estocolmo. La cocina hay nevera, fregadero, horno y cocina pero hay algo incomodo para hacer la comida por dificultad de colocar los juegos de cocina.
Y el baño es superpequeño pero lo más importante es que avisó con sinceridad antes de reservar. Lo mas importante es la ubicación y disfrutar el viaje.

The apartment matches the pictures, the location is very convenient.
However, the host’s (operator) communication and willingness to help is not ideal. The “instructions” include taking care of the trash and towels, which makes one wonder why they charge the cleaning fee. They also expect to cash extra on early check-in, which in many cases, if possible, is granted out of courtesy by the host. Also: no WiFi? Did not even pay attention as I assumed it is nowadays a given… unpleasant surprise to find upon arrival that it is not.

Cosy apartment in a cool neighbourhood of Stockholm. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small so if you are considering to cook or a long stay then consider elsewhere. Overall, as two backpackers eating out most evenings, it was a very pleasant stay!

A clean and compact (the bathroom really is tiny!) studio that feels more like a hotel room. Brilliantly located, very clean and easy-check in.
My only criticism is that I wish the host would be more upfront about the booking requirements. Before you make a reservation the booking page says 'I might ask for additional identification upon booking' but the automated messages following booking suggest that extra information (including uploading your ID and providing links to all guests social media profiles or LinkedIn accounts) is always required. You are also required to sign an additional rental agreement which includes rules such as:
'These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.'

Sehr gut gelegen und in der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist aber wirklich mini und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Genauso die Küche.

2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
