Our stay was lovely and Andreas was great at communicating. Easy to get around a supermarket and metro up the road which was super convenient. All in all was a good apartment with everything we needed.

Lovely apartment in a great area of Stockholm. Large and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet area and apartment itself is quiet from neighbours. Worth noting that the apartment is not lived in, and is managed by a rental agency. This meant additional admin separate to airbnb and we definitely felt we were staying in a holiday let, rather than someones home. This will be more or less important to different people using airbnb. As a result of it being unoccupied, the apartment needs a little TLC - lights not working, blind in bedroom broken, handles on doors loose etc. Overall though, good apartment.

Bel appartement, bien situé proche des transports. Très calme et bien décoré. Nous avons été surpris de constater que bien que ce logement soit indiqué pour 4 personnes, il n'y a que 3 couchages. Le 4e couchage est le canapé, non convertible, dans une pièce sans volets ni store.

We'd like to thank Andreas for 'lending' us his lovely home, it was just liked the photos and calm, quiet and very clean. We had a great stay there and enjoyed the ease of getting to and from the apartment into central Stockholm. Would happily recommend to all.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment.
No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay.
These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00
- Neighbours are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. - Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
