Hemos tenido varios problemas. La placa de inducción no funcionaba. La puerta no se cerraba con llave desde dentro, con lo cual, cualquier persona podía abrir desde fuera. Las luces del comedor no funcionaban. El resto todo bien. Pero estos problemas dejaban que desear.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der angenehm möblierten, sehr sauberen Wohnung. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage für den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Bushaltestelle 100m entfernt, Pendeltåg gut erreichbar. Supermarkt ca 500m. Die Gegend war auch nachts entspannt und wir konnten unter Auto sorglos an der Nebenstraße parken. Eine tolle Adresse, um Zeit in Stockholm zu verbringen!! Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Fijn uitvalpunt om Stockholm te ontdekken, centrum is makkelijk te bereiken. Enige wat we misten was wifi, verder had het appartement alles wat we nodig hadden!

This place was walking distance to the train which was great for us. Our downsides were not having WiFi and the shower doesn’t drain well at all, host said he would fix it after we left though. This place is better for 2 people, we were 4. We are all easy going so it was fine but sharing a small bathroom wasn’t the greatest. And the couch bed wasn’t the best either. We moved the mattress topper to the couch bed which helped. But if not we would have been feeling the dips from the cushions. It’s not a pull out bed couch, it’s more of a fold out bed. The place was very well priced, very clean, the kitchen was great and the bed was very comfortable. The views were also nice. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you to our host.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
Neighbours are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.

Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful **(this text only applies if there is physical keys).

After your stay:

Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc

Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor

Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment

Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
