L’appartement est agréable, lumineux, assez calme et bien situé. Le quartier est très vivant, il y a tout ce qu’il faut à côté. La literie est bien pour les adultes mais le matelas enfant est en mousse.
Le principal point négatif est qu’avant et pendant le séjour, il faut répondre à une liste entière de contraintes (photo, bruit, horaires, interdiction de rentrer des noix dans l’appartement ( pratique pour des véganes quand on l’apprend à l’arrivée à l’appart..)) et en contre-partie la qualité du service n’est pas au niveau. Le lit enfant n’était pas fait, le wifi et la télé ne fonctionnaient pas, une baignoire mais sans bouchon donc pas de bain pour les enfants.. et comme « Elias » est en fait une hotline, personne ne sait où se trouve quoique ce soit quand on demande.
Nous n’avons jamais été en contact avec les propriétaires.

Elias was the perfect host, very responsive to questions and very proactive & clear with communications from the moment we booked and throughout our stay
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Sofo but very private and peaceful.
A terrific place to stay for a couple or small family

Très bel appartement, spacieux et aménagé avec goût, entièrement équipé, ce qui est très pratique, surtout lorsque l'on arrive de l'étranger. A noter en particulier : l'emplacement du logement, proche de toutes commodités dans un environnement très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

We had a very nice stay in SoFo here. The apartment is a great mix of peaceful and quiet while being close to lots of great things--restaurants, sightseeing, bus lines, and metro. The flat was also very clean and well-equipped. The only minor problem was that we couldn't take advantage of all the amenities. We couldn't log in to our Netflix or other streaming accounts on the TV, nor was it left connected to any other services, so while technically it is true that the place has a TV in the living room, we could not watch anything on it. Similarly, no detergent was provided for the dishwasher. For a fairly short stay, it seems wasteful for guests to buy a whole thing of detergent to run the dishwasher once or twice, so that was another listed amenity we didn't use. But in the more important ways (location, ease of check in/out, cleanliness, comfortable beds), this was a very nice stay. We still recommend it, with those minor caveats.

- No consumption of nuts in the home due to severe allergy (thank you for understanding)
- Glass doors between kitchen and child room must not be opened if the curtains are closed.
- Wipe spilled liquids from the floor immediately, otherwise there will be stains.
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
