The house in Hornstull is very comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. The windows open directly onto a terrace that can potentially be used by other residents of the building, but since I was mostly out for work or sightseeing, this only happened once in the afternoon and wasn’t an issue. The metro is nearby, making it easy to get around Stockholm. The neighborhood is also charming, with plenty of cozy spots to stop and take a break. Communication with the host was clear, precise, and quick. I would gladly return to Hornstull!

This apartment is said to belong to a guy named ”Elias” but in reality it belongs to a company named guestit .se - the experience was very much not personal but 100 % automation. Upon arrival there was something wrong with the digital lock and it took 30 minutes before I was able to get help, had to call Airbnb and someone finally got in touch. That someone was not the owner but hired as 24/7 remote support. The situation was solved but not an a very nice experience having to wait that long before contact. Upon arrival the shower was broken and made a disturbing high pitch sound that made it very hard to sleep. It took more than 24h after this was reported before a plumber came to fix it.
The location is good and the apartment was clean but very basic. The kitchen is so small that it is barely possible to use for cooking.
In general I sincerely would NOT recommend this place.

There were some difficulties to manage locking/unlocking the doors via app, but it was quickly explained. Unfortunately it was not really clean (some stains here and there, several dirty cutlery ) and kitchen towels were missing, so had to buy paper towels ourselves. Otherwise it is a well-located flat, with easy access to all locations via nearby metro station. Good value.

I loved staying at Elias's place! It was just as pictured and conveniently located (walkable area, right by the bus + metro). This was my first time in Stockholm, and Hornstull is a great neighborhood. Easy + quick to get anywhere from here, but also a bit quiet and right by the water.The space feels super cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed for a week in Stockholm. The kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment as a whole is stylish and comfortable. Similar to some other guests, I was a bit confused by the key app situation at first, but Elias and Matias were super responsive and helpful. They answered the phone immediately, sent clear instructions, and I got the hang of it quickly!Really appreciative of their prompt responses, and this beautiful, clean space in a great part of town! Would definitely stay here again.

It perfectly suited my needs, nice that it was centrally located yet calm and pleasant at the same time. The water and Tantolunden right outside the door were delightful. The only downside was the tricky key to the apartment.
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
