Verkligen, verkligen bra läge. Älskade att utforska Hornsgaten och alla de fantastiska restaurangerna i närheten, läget nära tunnelbanan var fantastiskt och vi använde även Lime-scootrar för att ta oss runt. Så roligt. Kan inte vänta med att komma tillbaka och skulle definitivt bo här igen :)Min enda specifika notering är att denna lägenhet använder en app för dörrarna, så se till att din telefon alltid är laddad för att ha tillgång :)

Jag hade en mycket trevlig vistelse i denna hemtrevliga lägenhet; man känner sig snabbt som hemma, även om jag ett eller två gånger stötte på problem med dörröppningssystemet och att taklampan inte fungerade. Elias är en mycket bra värd, vänlig och lyhörd, och jag rekommenderar honom varmt.

The place was just like the photo. The pillows and bedsheets were clean and tidy. But I found out some trash and dirts below the bed. Also the app-based locker was needed additional instruction to "lock" it from outside, which wasn't indicated on the explanation sent by the host so I had to contact to them. But the host responded quite fast and it was helpful. The main light wasn't working either and I was asked to change the bulb by myself(and refunded later), which I didn't have time to do. But even with all that mentioned above, the accommodation was satisfying in general.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
