Det är en trevlig och bekväm plats att tillbringa några dagar, men det finns några saker att tänka på, t.ex. att det saknas utrymme för att förvara kläder, badrumshandtaget är trasigt och gardinerna är ganska tunna vilket gör att det inte blir helt mörkt på natten. Jag kände också att mängden ytterligare personlig information som efterfrågades kändes lite påträngande, och jag uttryckte min oro när det gick för långt.

En stilfull och mysig, välskött lägenhet med en lugn och ganska tyst omgivning. Utmärkta kommunikationer med kollektivtrafik, med butiker och restauranger i närheten. Alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter fanns.

Vi älskade vistelsen i studion. Perfekt belägen med närliggande tunnelbana och vackra promenader längs vattnet. Mysiga restauranger och barer. Området är fantastiskt.Inredningen är mysig, och om vädret hade tillåtit det, är balkongen med havsutsikt underbar. Det var helt perfekt. Tack.

Allt var bra med lägenheten, priset och renligheten. Dock försvinner de positiva intrycken snabbt när man inte kan lämna hemmet som planerat på grund av att dörren inte går att låsa. Det visade sig att instruktionerna för det bluetooth-baserade låset var felaktiga, vilket orsakade onödig fördröjning och väntetid, med en respons som kunde ha varit mer snabb och engagerad. Jag hade förväntat mig större ansvar och uppmärksamhet på detaljer från någon som arbetar professionellt med uthyrning.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
