The apartment was clean and presented exactly as photographed. I found the Bluetooth lock very convenient.
It's a great location with fast and direct access into the city centre via the nearby Metro station. Also walkable if you want to stretch your legs. The area is nice and quiet.
The kitchen is basic but has all you need for a typical stay, and the nearby supermarket is very convenient. There are lots of nearby choices for eating out too.
Elias was communicative, with thorough and very clear information when needed.

A very cosy apartment fit for a couple or single person to stay. It was a lovely area to walk down at the water or to the many restaurants. Unfortunately, when we arrived the flush for the toilet wasn’t working and had been turned off. But we were able to fix it ourselves and Elias was quick to respond to our messages and offer his help.

Elias’s apartment was super nice—perfectly sized and equipped with everything you need for a couple of days. It was fun to watch life on the bridge and along the riverbank, while still enjoying peaceful nights. Getting into the apartment was easy, with only a minor hiccup over the lock instructions, but Mathias from Elias’s team was very helpful. Overall, I can warmly recommend this apartment for its location, comfort, and accessibility.

A great stay if you’re looking for a more budget-friendly trip to Stockholm, but keep in mind there are no blackout curtains and the kitchen gear is minimal (just a cutting board and a sharp knife). There was a terrace and plenty of towels and linens, and everything else was perfectly fine!
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
