Fantastisk plats nära en massa roliga saker och med enkel tillgång till kollektivtrafik om du vill åka till Stockholms centrum! Fantastisk kundservice också! Rekommenderar definitivt!! :)

Elias är alltid beredd på alla frågor och svarar när som helst. Utmärkt läge, lätt att nå med alla transportmedel, med utsikt över sjön och med en vacker park i närheten som går att nå till fots! Lägenheten är utrustad med allt som behövs för en vistelse, även om du har barn.

Det var en mycket trevlig vistelse. Utmärkt pris-kvalitetsförhållande och lägenheten är mysigt inredd. Tunnelbanan finns i närheten liksom en mataffär. Området är lugnt. Andra stadsdelar är lättillgängliga. Lägenheten är verkligen ett varmt tips!

Värden var mycket lyhörd och gav goda råd, och boendet har ett utmärkt läge nära tunnelbanan vilket gör det enkelt att utforska Stockholm och dess omgivningar med de lokala kollektivtrafikmedlen, såsom tunnelbana, buss, spårvagn och båtar.Det finns butiker i närheten för att handla eller gå ut.Lägenheten är mycket lugn och erbjuder en väldigt fin utsikt över en kanal och dess strandlinje.Vi blev väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i Stockholm hos Elias.

Älskar detta Airbnb! Låset var lite krångligt att använda i början, men när vi fick kläm på det blev det fantastiskt! Utrymmet var underbart och jag rekommenderar det varmt till alla som reser till Stockholm!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
