Allt var fantastiskt! Lägenheten var välutrustad, och hela processen var mycket smidig och okomplicerad. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka!

Vi var tre och bodde i fyra nätter. Bostaden ligger i en byggnad som uppenbarligen har flera Airbnb. Den är ren. Den har renoverats och bär fortfarande på några spår (badkaret nuddar inte väggarna vilket gör att vattnet rinner över), men inget som stör. Sängen är mycket bekväm. Soffsängen var något mindre bekväm på grund av madrassens tjocklek, men mina brors- eller syrronippon sov gott (liten kroppsbyggnad). Lägenheten är bra belägen – bara 5 minuters promenad till tunnelbanan i en lugn gata. På nedervåningen finns en bar och eftersom vi bodde där under helgen hördes ett delvis högt ljud från unga människor som pratade utomhus. Men värden kunde inte göra något åt det. Det hindrade oss inte från att ha en god natts sömn.Vi hade en utmärkt vistelse. William var mycket lyhörd för mina frågor inför bokningen. Vi rekommenderar!

William was a great host, communicated promptly whenever we queried anything. The place is closed to the centre of the city. Our children liked it.

Nous avons passé un court séjour agréable chez William, le logement est conforme à l’annonce, il est situé dans un quartier animé très sympathique pour découvrir la ville. Le logement est propre, épuré et bien équipé. Petit bémol si vous êtes sensibles aux bruits, nous pouvons entendre facilement par exemple les pas des voisins du haut qui marchent ou bien les bruits de l’extérieur comme le quartier est animé mais autrement, nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés :)
House rules
-Strictly no guests or visitors except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless explicitly approved beforehand. No "just a drink" or "friend helping with bags". Ask if if this is needed/wanted.
-If any extra guests/visitors are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund.
- No partying or "events" are allowed unless approved, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking/e-cigarettes whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the house/apartment or by the windows will be charged with SEK 2000 minimum.
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Do not use bed sofa (nor pillows and duvets) without proper bed linen for hygiene reasons. Also please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Nordic customs is to not wear shoes inside the house (bad combo wheather + wooden floors + shoes). We appreciate if you follow our customs.

Cancallation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
