I’ve rented from Kim several times and it has always been really great. What lowered my rating this time was that the lights in the apartment were flickering and water was leaking out into the bathroom from the shower—something I noticed several others had also mentioned. It would be good to get this fixed, as the floor is constantly wet. Also, which was probably described but I missed it, the kitchen sink was only about 15 cm wide, which made washing up quite difficult. That said, the view and the location are absolutely amazing, and everything else in the building works well.

Good location and beautiful view from the window over the lake & mountains. Small kitchen but does the work for simple dishes. Kim was easy, polite. and fast to communicate with.

Mysig lägenhet i gamla Tott hotellet. Hade väldigt fin utsikt från rummet, smidigt med skiin och ut. Vi fick vad vi förväntade oss helt klart!

1. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other residents.
2. Additional photo ID may be requested as part of the booking process.
3. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties and no overnight visitors without the host’s approval. Please note: there is a security camera at the entrance and a noise level (decibel) monitor inside the apartment. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called (approx. €300, charged to your booking).
4. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law.
5. Please take care of the apartment and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
8. Personal belongings are stored at your own risk.
9. Lost keys will incur a lock replacement fee (SEK 2,000).
10. Please wash your dishes and sort trash/recycling according to the instructions. An extra fee may apply if extensive cleaning is required.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
