Tott Apartments is part of the well-known Tott complex, one of Åre’s most established and iconic mountain properties with a unique location above the village. The apartments are more basic in standard but provide a functional and convenient base close to both the slopes and central Åre.
The range includes everything from smaller studios to larger apartments for families and groups looking for a more budget-friendly stay in the mountains. Many units offer views of the surrounding mountains and lake, making it a good choice for guests who prioritise location and ski-in/ski-out access over higher-end finishes.
Ski-in/ski-out and close to the lifts
Tott Apartments is located directly next to the ski system with true ski-in/ski-out access. You can step straight onto the slopes from the property and ski almost all the way back home after a day on the mountain.
From Åre Square, it is approximately a 10-minute uphill walk to the area. During winter, the Bergbanan funicular runs regularly between the village centre and Fjällgården, making it easy to get to and from central Åre without a car.
