1. We may request additional photo ID and booking details as part of your reservation.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may be in the apartment and stay overnight. Parties, large gatherings, or additional overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are monitored. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be dispatched at an estimated cost of SEK 3,000, which will be charged to your booking.
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000 (replacement/handling). Lock change: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: Please wash all dishes, take out the trash, and gather used bed linen and towels in the entryway just inside the front door. If not completed, the following fees apply:
- Unwashed dishes: SEK 200
- Bed linen/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- Incomplete check-out prep: an additional cleaning fee will apply.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Breaking the rules may result in cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
