We had a great stay in Åre and really enjoyed this apartment. The location is excellent – close to the lifts and the village, yet quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the village, but the mountain funicular is just a few steps away, as well as the bridge to the slopes and the lift that takes you straight into the ski area.
The apartment was very clean, warm and well equipped, with comfortable beds and enough space for two people with ski gear. There is plenty of parking around the building (paid but easy to arrange), and there is also a nice restaurant in the building itself.
Communication with the host was smooth and professional. The digital key system worked perfectly and made our late arrival easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

1. After booking, we may request additional ID and details for all guests.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Registered guests only. No parties and no overnight visitors without the host’s approval. The entrance is monitored and a noise monitor (decibel meter) is used. If rules are broken, a security/alarm call-out may be required (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please be considerate and treat the home and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance. Violation fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000 (replacement key and service). Lock change: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash dishes, take out the trash, and place used sheets and towels by the entrance. Fees may apply if not prepared: unwashed dishes SEK 200; used sheets/towels not left out SEK 200; plus any additional cleaning fee if the apartment is left insufficiently clean.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
