Ok apartment, about what I expected. Some things are falling apart a bit, but nothing serious. Internet is unreliable and cuts out often across all devices, so don't even think about using it for work.
The kitchen is not great, and some basic things are missing like spoons.
This would probably have been a four star, but I'm a bit annoyed that the apartment was actually a totally different one than the photos. Comparable, but clearly another apartment, so beware of this when you choose between the very similar apartments in this building.

Nice place. Simple kitchen section. Fantastic view. Close to Bergbanan that takes you down to the village for free (fairly short walking anyhow).The dinner table with 4 chairs was very handy. There would have been nice with some wine glasses in the kitchen. The shower room was a bit dirty. But overall good value for the money.Kindly Regards, Joakim

The location is excellent, although the accommodation might benefit from a refresh. Two nights were just right and perfectly suited our needs.

2. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests listed on the booking may be in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s prior approval. The property has an entrance security camera and a noise-level monitor. If rules are violated, a Securitas security guard may be sent to restore order; estimated cost: SEK 3,000.
5. Take good care of the apartment and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Strictly no smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 200. Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and gather used bed linens/towels and place them just inside the front door. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if linens are left on the beds: SEK 200. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is not left ready for the next guest.
By accepting and signing, you confirm that you will follow the house rules above. For serious violations, we reserve the right to end the stay without a refund.
