Fairly disappointing overall. On the plus side, there’s a great view. There’s a ski rack next to the door and a garage. There’s also a nice restaurant and a sauna at the other end of the building. Easy access to the anchor lift.

Great accommodation! I missed a few kitchen appliances like a freezer, oven and microwave, but those weren’t promised in the listing. Overall, I’m pleased with my stay.

Good stay, nice rooms, and if you choose t"he right side" of the apartments you will have a very nice view over the "Åre valley and lake". A 10 min walk uphill from the center. Ski in ski out.

Easy to communicate. Fantastic location. Conveniently close to the ski slopes, ski in ski out. Near the village with a free ski lift.

1. After booking, we’ll need additional details for every guest, including valid ID.
2. Please be considerate of the neighbors: quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties and no overnight visitors without the host’s written approval. We monitor noise levels and the building entrance/front door. If rules are broken, a security call-out (Securitas) will be arranged and charged to you (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Treat the apartment with care and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is not allowed indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance (Swedish law). Fee for violations: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200 (replacement key and service included). Lock change: SEK 400.
10. On check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and gather used towels and bed linens and leave them by the entrance.
- Unwashed dishes/dirty kitchen: SEK 200
- Towels/bed linens not gathered: SEK 200
- Heavy soiling or an incomplete check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
