Although it is a nice apartment, after a few hours of settling in, several issues become apparent: dirty floors, dust and hair accumulating in the corners, and a very untidy bed upon arrival.This situation suggests that the cleaning staff may have been rushed or perhaps not provided with proper instructions.The state of the bedding reflects a careless approach, which is further confirmed by the overall cleanliness and the issues with cooking odors.The clothing appears to need airing out after any cooking done in the room.There is also a notice in the elevator emphasizing the need to use the exhaust fan at full power, although this did not seem to alleviate the odor.Throughout our stay, the entire second floor was affected by persistent cooking smells.It seems that the owner is aware of these issues but has not taken any corrective action.Please, either ensure that the standards are met or inform guests about these matters when booking./Anders

This is my second time staying in an apartment managed by Pontus, and the experience was just as positive this time. The accommodation is perfect, offering ski-in ski-out access if you want to spend your days on the slopes, while also being conveniently close to the town with its restaurants and other amenities. Pontus is an exceptional host with lodging that I highly recommend!

Great location but the apartment itself was not in great shape. Poor plumbing, Worn out kitchen cabinets etc. But overall happy with the stay.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
