A wonderful place for skiers. Close to the slopes and with a great restaurant. Comfortable and beautiful room. Everything was just great!

Although it is a nice apartment, after a few hours of settling in, several issues become apparent: dirty floors, dust and hair accumulating in the corners, and a very untidy bed upon arrival.This situation suggests that the cleaning staff may have been rushed or perhaps not provided with proper instructions.The state of the bedding reflects a careless approach, which is further confirmed by the overall cleanliness and the issues with cooking odors.The clothing appears to need airing out after any cooking done in the room.There is also a notice in the elevator emphasizing the need to use the exhaust fan at full power, although this did not seem to alleviate the odor.Throughout our stay, the entire second floor was affected by persistent cooking smells.It seems that the owner is aware of these issues but has not taken any corrective action.Please, either ensure that the standards are met or inform guests about these matters when booking./Anders

This is my second time staying in an apartment managed by Pontus, and the experience was just as positive this time. The accommodation is perfect, offering ski-in ski-out access if you want to spend your days on the slopes, while also being conveniently close to the town with its restaurants and other amenities. Pontus is an exceptional host with lodging that I highly recommend!

1. At booking and/or check-in, you may be asked to show additional ID and provide extra information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or additional overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are monitored with a decibel meter. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000 (key + service). Lock cylinder replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes and kitchenware, take out the trash, and gather used bed linen and towels and leave them at the entrance. Fees if not completed:
- Unwashed dishes: SEK 200
- Bed linen/towels not left out: SEK 200
- Any additional cleaning will be charged separately.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. If the rules are not followed, the booking may be canceled immediately without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
