Great location, close to the Tott lift. Easy to get to the accommodation from the funicular. Everything worked perfectly on site—simple to access the digital key on my phone, clean, and the kitchen had all the equipment you’d need.

We were really happy with our stay. Everything was very smooth, and we could ski straight from the hotel. There was a shop and other places close by, and overall we were very satisfied.

Lovely accommodation, conveniently located close to everything! It looked just as pictured. While there were many instructions and rules, we found that they didn’t negatively impact our stay once we were on site. The accommodation was not overly noisy, and the host always responded promptly to our messages. The beds were a bit worn, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom throughout our visit. We also noticed some unclean dishes in the cabinets.Overall, we were pleased with the accommodation and its location, though there are several areas where improvements could be made to achieve a higher rating.

Nice lodging with convenient ski-in ski-out access. It's easy to use the mountain cable car to travel up and down from the village. The kitchen is a bit small, but you can manage around it.

1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
