The apartment had a great location close to the slopes, with a lovely view of the pistes.With an online booking where everything is handled digitally through at least three different providers/apps (Airbnb, Guestit, and Assa Abloy/digital key), the systems really need to be properly synced and response times should be quicker. I waited more than 8 hours for confirmation of my question about the keys on the day of arrival. In one of the apps I could also see that my request for a later check-out had gone through, but when I asked for confirmation via the messaging function, I was told an extension wasn’t possible and that the systems needed time to sync.

Overall a pleasant stay! The accommodation didn’t quite match the description and photos at the time of booking, and there were a few signs of wear that we didn’t expect given that it was described as a new, luxury place.Quick and easy booking, and good communication with support.The host was friendly, but we found communication a little challenging.

Good appartement. Clean and tidy. The key system procedure was clear and simple however the bluetooth system didn't work every time. bathroom mirror was detached and put on the floor in the main room. check in and check out instructions were clear and åre is very pleasant to visit.

Great place to stay if you're planning to ski in Åre. Super close to the lift, which made getting on the slopes super convenient :)

House rules
1. After booking, we may request additional photo ID and/or further information.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the home. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera, and there is also a noise monitor (decibel meter). If rules are broken, Securitas (security call-out) may be dispatched at an approximate cost of SEK 3,000, which will be charged to the booking.
5. Please take care of the home and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out requirements: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and gather used bed linens/towels and leave them by the entrance.
- Unwashed dishes: SEK 200
- Linens/towels not gathered: SEK 200
- If check-out is not prepared as stated above, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
By accepting and signing these rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in termination of the stay without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
