Nice studio with well equipped kitchen. It’s a very clean place. I recommend. The only downside was the accessibility to room with the Bluetooth lock. After a day of skiën of going to a restaurant we don’t want to struggle with access to the room. Sometimes you have to try a few times for open the door .

No issues here! If you enjoy skiing and want to be near the slopes, this is an affordable accommodation. It’s not the largest, but it has everything you need👍

1. ID & booking details: After you book, we may request a copy of your ID and/or additional information.
2. Quiet hours: Please be considerate between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Check-in / check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Guests & gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s approval. There is a security camera at the entrance and a noise level monitor is used. If rules are broken, Securitas (security) may be called and the cost (approx. 3 SEK) will be charged to the guest.
5. Respect the property & neighbors: Please treat the apartment and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. Left-behind items: The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance (Swedish law). Smoking fee: 5 SEK.
9. Keys/locks: Lost key fee: 2 SEK (key + service). Lock replacement: 4 SEK.
10. Check-out instructions: Please wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels by the entrance. If not followed, extra fees apply: 2 SEK for unwashed dishes, 2 SEK if linens/towels are not gathered, plus any additional cleaning costs.
By agreeing to these rules, you accept the host’s terms.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
