Very good location, a good-sized apartment, and a smooth check-in. However, we found that some of the kitchen utensils weren’t properly clean, which may be because previous guests didn’t wash up after themselves. Otherwise, it’s a very nice apartment in Åre!

Very nice accommodation, just like in the photos. Smooth check-in and check-out, and easy access to and from the slopes as well as the village.

Bra värd, stort o fint badrum, jättebra läge nära hissen till skidbacken, nära bergbana och även afterski. Ingen dörr eller gardin till det lilla sovrummet. Ingen diskmaskin eller ugn. Annars ren och smidigt.

1. You may be asked to provide additional ID and information as part of the booking process.
2. Please be considerate of the neighbors—quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or extra overnight guests are not allowed without the host’s approval. This is monitored by a camera at the entrance door and a noise level (decibel) monitor. If rules are broken, a Securitas security guard will be sent (approx. SEK 300) and the cost will be charged to your booking.
5. Please take care of the property and be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance (as required by Swedish law). Fee for violations: SEK 500.
9. Lost key: SEK 200 (replacement/service). Lock change: SEK 400.
10. Check-out requirements: Wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels neatly gathered by the apartment entrance. If not followed:
- SEK 200 for unwashed dishes
- SEK 200 if linens/towels are not gathered
- Additional cleaning fee if the apartment is not left in check-out-ready condition

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
