1. We may request additional ID and supporting information in connection with your booking.
2. Please be considerate—quiet hours are 10:00 pm–8:00 am.
3. Check-in from 4:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am.
4. Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Parties, larger gatherings, or any additional overnight guests require the host’s prior approval. An entryway camera and a decibel/noise monitor are used to help ensure compliance. In case of violations, security (Securitas) may be called and a fee of approx. SEK 3,000 may be charged.
5. Treat the apartment with care and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 ft) of the entrance under Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000. Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: Wash your dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels/bed linens together just inside the entry door. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee for not gathering used linens/towels: SEK 200. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left unusually messy.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
