The apartment was really lovely and the view was fantastic. The location is incredibly good, even though it isn’t right in the city centre. The ski slope is just outside the front door.

I was very pleased with the accommodation and Pontus is a very good host. The instructions were clear, which made it easy to settle in.

House rules
1. After booking, you may be asked to provide additional ID documents and information.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without the host’s approval. The entrance is monitored with a security camera and a noise-level monitor. In case of rule violations, a security guard (Securitas) may be called out (approx. SEK 3,000) and the cost will be charged to you.
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Fee for violations: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys:
- SEK 2,000 for replacement key and service
- SEK 4,000 for lock replacement
10. Check-out instructions:
- Wash dishes and leave kitchen items clean
- Take out the trash
- Gather used bed linens and towels and leave them by the front door
Fees if the above is not followed:
- SEK 200 for unwashed/dirty dishes
- SEK 200 if linens and towels are not gathered
- Any additional cleaning costs if the apartment is not left in good condition at check-out
