1. When booking, you may be asked to show additional ID and/or provide extra information.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the booking may stay in the apartment. No parties, and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. The entrance door is monitored by a security camera and there is a noise-level monitor. If rules are violated, security (Securitas) may be called out (approx. SEK 3,000, charged to you).
5. Please be considerate and treat the property and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key fees:
- SEK 200 for key replacement and service
- SEK 400 for lock change
10. Check-out requirements: wash dishes, take out the trash, and gather used towels and bed linen and leave them by the door. If not completed, additional charges may apply:
- SEK 200 for unwashed dishes
- SEK 200 if towels/bed linen are not gathered
- Additional cleaning costs may apply if the apartment is left generally messy
By accepting and signing, you agree to the house rules above. Violations may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
