Overall good value for a weekend but with some issues:
+ Location, walking distance to the city and nature. Note, the slope is steep and the Bergbana funicular seems unreliable
+ Ski-in, ski-out. Mid-April, it was unusable due to a lack of snow. But we could easily walk to another slope
+ The studio was on the nice side of the building: view over the city, lake and mountains. We had no disturbance from the specified construction work
- The bed was not comfortable. The mattresses are old and with stains
- Loud noise from the river outside. With windows closed I had to use earplugs
- Digital key requiring each user to register, install an app and use the phone as the only way to enter. For us, the system worked quite poorly
- Oversensitive smoke detectors. Yes, there are signs everywhere about them. Maybe fix the ventilation or the sensitivity of the detectors instead of stressing us out the with absurd fees (500€!)
- A microwave would be a nice addition. Also, the tea kettle was dirty

Beautiful view, great location. Easy to get to and from town via Bergbana and ski in/out to the lift 30m from the building.Only down side is there's no microwave or oven, only a stovetop.

Nice little studio with a fantastic view. It is well-suited for a short stay - however, there is no oven in the apartment if you want to cook your own food. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Simple and good accommodation close to everything. I enjoyed my stay, though I would have appreciated some storage space in the bathroom. There was no coffee initially, but the host arranged it so nicely on the very same day we mentioned it. I can warmly recommend this place. Perfect for two people.

1. Additional ID verification and extra guest details are required at the time of booking.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM (the entrance is monitored by security camera, and a noise/decibel monitor is in use).
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out no later than 10:00 AM.
4. Only registered guests may be in the apartment. No parties, and no overnight visitors without prior approval. If violated, security/on-call staff may be dispatched (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please be considerate of the neighbors and take good care of the apartment.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance. Fee for violations: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000 (key replacement & service). Lock change: SEK 4,000.
10. Before check-out: wash and put away used kitchen items, take out the trash, and place used bed linens and towels in a pile by the door. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if linens/towels are not gathered: SEK 200. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left unusually messy.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
